RETURN POLICY
For all returns and refunds, please contact Customer Service at info@gosynova.com or 573-475-8446. All returns must be authorized
through Customer Service within 30 days of receipt.
- New, unopened items and opened items in new condition may be returned for a full product refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers pay only the return shipping costs.
- Customers receiving incorrect products as a result of our error should contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. A full product refund will be issued and return shipping costs will not be charged.
- Customers receiving damaged or defective merchandise should contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. If the product is determined to be damaged or defective once received back at SYNOVA, a full product refund or a replacement item, whichever the customer prefers, will be offered. Shipping will not be charged.
- Products damaged from misuse, accidental damage, and normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
EXCLUSIONS
- For custom shade cloth orders, SYNOVA guarantees +/-4” to your specified dimensions. Please take this into consideration when ordering. Custom items, such as shade cloth, are not returnable unless defective.
